JTPicSmall2 ImageI suspect whomever is reading this has his/her own reasons for wanting to start an exercise program. I'll spare you my reasons and tell you why I'm determined to STAY with MRPT. It works. Two simple things will make this the most effective and efficient workout you've ever had EVER. 1: show up and 2: do whatever your trainer tells you. (This is why I pay these folks - they know what they're doing.) By following these rules I've figured out that I will get my best results fastest and without injury. Others have tried to stear me to gyms and in-home equipment, but I know myself and knew that both of those options have serious built-in cost loss (I wouldn't use the equipment consistently/properly or it would take a lot of commute and child care effort to be there 3+ times a week). With Maximum Results I know that every single minute of my 60 minutes a week is being used to help my body. That's a good use of my time and money - the two most valuable things I have to 'spend.' Don't waste yours elsewhere!

The two pics are of my wife Lorraine and I at Diamond Head, Oahu, Hawaii. We climbed it in August and we owe our accomplishment to Jen and her leg workouts. I truly believe if we had tried that climb without our Maximum Results workouts we would have failed.

Maximum Results defiantly was what was missing from my fitness equation. I had tried Jazzercise, Slimnastics, and all kinds of training; everything but resistance. I tell you a year and a half after training at Max nothing, and I mean nothing compares. I have more energy. I'm more fit; and I have achieved all the goals of a slimmer more tone body that all the other ways of training just couldn't give me! I'm HOOKED for life!

I wanted to thank you for the excellent training and guidance that was key to Anne and I climbing 3 high mountains in the Alps. Not only did I lose weight, but at the age of 65 I had the strength to climb over 14000 feet in 0 degree tempature. Each climb was dangerous and very challenging. Over 50 people annually lose their life in making these climbs! Climbing the mountain was easy, Maximum Results was the first step.

I started training with Maximum Results after I had lost 30 pounds by myself. I was not getting the results I wanted on regular machines. I was working out 3 times a week, for 30 minutes a sessions, for almost 3 month's and got no where. Now training with Josh in less than one month's time I started getting the results I was longing for. My arms, legs and tummy are much more toned, and I can already see muscle definition. The Maximum Results trainers really give you that extra push when you think you can't do anymore. Now I look forward to each and every workout. I also ending up having to get a new wedding dress, I am so excited I ended up getting married in the dress I really wanted, but could not fit in 3 month ago!
