Mr. Joshua Wehrmann, Owner/Operator of Maximum Results and acting Manager of the Fairfax Station location, is a multiple certified personal trainer originally from Northeastern Pennsylvania. As the originator of Maximum Results, Joshua has been providing training, accountability and fast results, in a non-threatening, one on one environment to the northern Virginia area for 2 ½ years. Joshua is CPR certified, and has training certificates through the National Personal Training Institute, and the American Council of Exercise. Joshua is currently working toward his dream of attaining a Ph.D. in Exercise Science, with undergraduate and graduate work done through Villanova, Shippensburg University, and Kaplan University. Joshua’s true passion is continuous learning and teaching of all things fitness to himself, his client’s and staff. In his spare time Joshua is a competitive Power lifter and member of the USAPL.

Mrs. Jennifer Bilek, Manager of Maximum Results in Leesburg, is a Certified Personal Trainer originally from Lookout Mountain, Georgia. Jennifer is dedicated to helping clients reach their weight and fitness goals! As a member of the Maximum Results team for 2 years, Jennifer has provided personal training, coaching, and support to hundreds of men and women throughout Northern Virginia. Jennifer is a member of the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance, is CPR certified, and holds a certification from the American Council of Exercise National Personal Training. Jennifer will complete her degree in Community Health at George Mason University in 2008. Jennifer's true passion is in teaching, motivating, and encouraging her clients to reach new heights in personal fitness. In her spare time she enjoys running, biking, and dance aerobics.

Mrs. Deborah Hicks, Personal Trainer at Maximum Results in Leesburg has a B.S. degree in Health Sciences from the University of Oklahoma and MBA credits from Marquette University. She holds certifications with the NMTCB and the American Board of Science. She is trained in "slow burn" weight training and has extensive experience in yoga and pilates. She enjoys working with clients one-on-one motivating and instructing them in the exciting method of "slow burn" weight training. Her goal is to ensure each client gets the most efficient, effective and safest workout possible. She attended Maximum Results as a client for a year before joining the training team, she has seen the results first hand. She is totally committed to the "slow burn" process and results that can be obtained from the Maximum Results program. She is CPR certified and is currently working on her ACE Personal Training Certification.

Ms. Deborah Middledorf, Personal Trainer at the Leesburg location of Maximum Results. She is currently trained in “slow burn” weight training, and will continue her education at the National Personal Training Institute to earn her certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition, CPR, and First Aid. Deborah knows first hand that one size does not fit all, and can customize a fitness program that fits with your lifestyle, schedule, and current activity level. By working one-on-one with her clients she methodically gives you the power to improve your strength, stamina, and self image. Deborah will personally make your goals be her goals! Before joining the team Deborah was a Maximum Results client herself and she remains passionate about “slow burn”, nutrition, and weight management. In her spare time she enjoys music, competitive cheer leading, white water rafting, and traveling with her family.

Mr. Vince Pavone, personal trainer at the Fairfax location is currently a student at George Mason University studying Exercise Science and Business. He is trained in the "slow burn" method and is seeking his national certification through the ACE program. Vince understands the importance of fitness and exercise for each person, he takes the necessary effort to give each client the best workout possible and making himself accessible at any time. His goal is to ensure clients get a personal and safe experience while working hard. His passion is to understand as much as he can about fitness and use his knowledge to allow clients to get the most out of each workout and themselves.
