History
Donna, a native of upstate New York, graduated
from Skidmore College with degrees in Law
and Physical Education. She moved
to Northern Virginia in 1993, spending
six years with the Prince William County
Fire and Rescue Department as a firefighter
and paramedic.
In 2000, she earned a
master’s degree in health sciences
and physician assistant studies from George
Washington University School of Medicine.
Donna has worked as a physician assistant
in emergency medicine since 2002.
Interests
Donna spends her free time running, waterskiing,
and enjoying time with her husband, newborn
son, and two dogs.
Fitness Philosophy
Fitness, exercise and health education are
her true passions. That’s why
Donna became a certified personal trainer
through the American Council on Exercise.
Her enthusiasm helps her motivate clients
to achieve total body fitness through personal
training, education and awareness.

History
Wayne is a Virginia native and graduated
from Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL. He
received his degree in Business Administration. After
spending time in Defense Contracting and
the Health Care Industry, Wayne decided to
pursue a career in Fitness.
Fitness Philosophy
Wayne tackles health and fitness with a desire
to see what the human body and mind can
really achieve. Testing ones limits
opens up an array of possibilities.

History
Alfred turned a lifelong passion into a career,
earning certifications from the National
Strength Professionals Association (NSPA)
and as a Yoga Fit instructor. Now, with
more than six years experience and his
talent for inspiring goal-oriented clients,
this nationally ranked bodybuilder has
become a sought-after personal trainer.
Interests
When he’s not competing in a bodybuilding
or fitness competition, Alfred likes to
be outside. He enjoys football, biking,
running and hiking. Alfred is a nationally
ranked bodybuilder.
Philosophy
Alfred believes in living a balanced and
healthy lifestyle. He enjoys sharing his
knowledge, passion and expertise with clients.

Carol Guzdowski

History
Carol is a Northern Virginia
native and graduate of George Mason University.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in sports
management.
Her
experience includes corporate, commercial
and private wellness, including three years
as a consultant in the weight loss industry. She
holds certifications in advanced personal
training and nutrition consulting, through
the National Personal Training Institute.
Carol is also CPR/AED and first aid certified.
Interests
Carol loves physical activity – especially
outdoor activities like running, biking,
and rollerblading.
Fitness Philosophy
Carol believes that the foundation of a great
life comes from great health. Her
teamwork philosophy offers support to clients
who used to feel overwhelmed by their fitness
goals. “Together,” says Carol, “we can
achieve anything!”

Bini, as his clients call him, comes to Maximum
Results with physical therapy aide experience
in hospital and outpatient settings.
As a personal trainer and former physical
therapy aide, he knows how to work with injuries
in order to coach individuals back to their
specific goals.

Rusty is an Arlington native and Longwood University graduate. He holds a bachelor’s
degree in physiology, and offers his Maximum Results clients the benefits of
more than 20 years personal training experience.
